Delivery

Rubbatech offers Delivery through our Shipping Partner - MyParcel - using mainly PostNL postal service. Should other shipping options be required, you can reach out to us directly.

Same day shipping takes place for all orders received by 12:00, Monday – Friday.

Delivery time

Delivery times vary by country, so for actual delivery times, you can view the delivery estimates here.

Please note all local shipments within the Netherlands will be sent via a Letterbox, where all shipments outside of the Netherlands will be sent as Parcels, both with Track and Trace (as per Customs requirements).

You will receive an email to the email address entered when making your purchase, with your Track and Trace details, where you can monitor the progress.

You can contact us should you have any concerns with regards to any deliveries or anticipated delays.

Payment

Via iDeal you can pay quickly and easily via your own bank. Payments are made via a secure connection through a specialized payment provider (Mollie). After your payment you will automatically return to our store.

We will also offer PayPal payment options to our direct customers, as well as Credit Card payment facilities, all via the same payment provider.

Return Policy

Given our products need to be applied with glue, our products are typically not returnable.

Should your product be defect in any way, we would gladly replace it at our cost.
